Hax has been permanently banned from his local NYC smash scene for trying to appeal his ban decision from the major events. While he was able to get unbanned from his local scene at the start of 2023 by apologizing for his autistic, schizo video essays he made about leffen, and also sharing some details about getting help for his mental health and substance abuse, he was still at large banned from pretty much every other smash event, excluding some events happening in Mexico and Canada.
Despite his numerous apologies (at least 2 from the top of my head) of admitting that he made mistakes and that he was sorry for his actions, the ban had stayed indefinite with no steps of recourse to try and reinstate him back. With this ban going on for almost 3 years now and seemingly out of desperation over his situation and not being able to see the light at the end of the tunnel, he made a swift video less than 10 minutes long titled "ban appeal 2024" on January 23rd, 2024 (which i could not archive, it has since been taken down unfortunately). This video went into detail about why he felt he had to make the numerous evidence.zip videos, and he again apologized for his actions and the ramifications they had during which he described as a mental health episode.
It is now likely that Hax will never get unbanned. This community really is unbelievable, there are no superlatives to describe how awful they are. I really have no words. Hax's original conditions for return were also retarded, as is the smash community tradition.
So basically part of his "unban" was that you couldn't ask to be unbanned. huh. To quote Technicals "They want to ban Hax for an undisclosed amount of time, ban him from trying to speak on it or appealing, and then want to act surprised when he doesn't want to wait half a decade guessing when he'll be unbanned? The amount of power tripping and mental abuse is agonizing to watch."
They really kept this guy banned all to "protect" and stroke the ego of a gargantuan faggot. All leffen has to do is act like a massive pussy and say he feels "unsafe" because people are "sending him death threats on twitter omg" and that's the end of it. This community will PROACTIVELY go out of their way to protect complete pieces of shit like leffen, who go around openly acting like cancer. He will actively spread his stench into other communities and also make everything about himself and act like the pizza face faggot that he is. The only difference is those communities eventually tell him to fuck off while this smash cesspool will welcome him back with open arms and their pants down. When you really think about it, it just makes no sense. It is utterly baffling the mental gymnastics this retched community will display to justify leffen's behavior. This faggot only goes to like 2 events a year, which he also drops out at the slightest inconvenience.
