Firstly that's an unnecessary question mark at the end of the sentence, which states that you're unsure of your own opinion lmao. As for not changing anything, smash fans are just as retarded as pokemon fanatics and will happily cumsoom shit so long as it has daddy sakurai's name on it so there is no business incentive to put any effort in to the product. Of course it can be argued that fans of any long running series are like this but that is a fallacy: Metroid fans were loud as hell about their disgust over Other M and Federation Force, Yuji Horii changed the formula for Dragon Quest Monsters: Caravan Heart and the game bombed, and Castlevania fans infamously sperged out over the art style being changed for the first two DS games.

Thinking about it, there is a real appropriateness in that soywars picked the handle that he did since being a fan of smash requires the same amount of smooth sulci that it takes to be a fan of star wars.

What’s the point of pissing off fans of the game? Driving them from the thread means you lose ‘experts’ in the field who can find and post better lols than someone who doesn’t know how the game works. Meanwhile your autism shits up the thread with long posts that have no content.

SSB is an absurdly popular series that basically everyone has played. Even boomers have played this game. They can’t all be freaks.

Leffen is a toolbag, but evidence.zip is literally 106 pages of "Leffen tried his hardest against me in pools, and then intentionally threw to my friend! This caused me to lose later because Leffen is a bad man", or "Leffen made a joke about me being on LSD. I have never been on LSD in my entire life, how dare he!"

I'd accuse the writers of that document of having autism, but the quality of the writing and the reasoning in the accusations is much lower than the standard I have for verbal autistic people.

Bad grammar is one thing, but being so emotionally high-strung that he slapped a question mark on the end of his sentence is a Freudian slip. If he's not sure of the argument he made then he's reflexively white knighting a product, and that's nothing short of disgusting.

I don't know when exactly Sakurai stopped working on Kirby (I think he did SS and all the ones before it, while DL3 and 64 were someone else?) but I think I can count on one hand the amount of people who list a kirby game that isnt pre-Wii as their favorite lol
Shitting on KSS and Adventure to say that you dont like Super Smash Bros is just bad faith and unneeded

Agreed. Kirby certainly got better after Sakurai left, but I wouldn't go as far as to say the games he made while he was at HAL were bad.

Glasses because too poor for contacts, choosing horn-rimmed because they’re typically the cheapest frames and the rectangular shape works with almost any head shape.

Melee is garbage, it's an overrated, rushed game that autists only like because they can play it in ways never meant to be played. I guarantee you 99% of the people who still care about Melee today weren't even alive in 2001 or were very young when it came out and they only play it because they were convinced by the vocal minority on youtube and twitter that it's the greatest smash game ever. Melee is basically Mario Party but only a few minigames are played because they are the ones that are glitched and once these games were fixed in the next game they never touched it. It pisses me off that Smash ended up pandering to these people in Smash 4 and in Ultimate simply because they were convinced by the vocal minority that they were the majority.

How exactly were melee people pandered to in 4 and Ult? And how were they not pandered to in Brawl?
Because "Smash" very much moved away from melee and never came back.

The Kickstarter is already canceled because of supply issues.

People will spend a retarded amount of money on controllers, parts, and mods, yet the top players all use either stock GC controllers or stock Switch Pro controllers. It’s almost like the controller doesn’t make much of an impact.
 
When I read about Smash Bros, it's like I'm skimming through the pages of a very abstruse handbook about a mechanical device I can't understand.

it also doesn't help that it looks like a stock GC controller too, and especially the GC controller styled Switch Pro Controller.
