Nikki's new boyfriend just had an eviction case brought against him that was dismissed earlier this month. His last girlfriend was his co-defendant. Makes me wonder if Nikki's in another polycule, and also if she met him at the homeless hotel.

They could have met at Legal Aid. I'm not sure what the dating hot spots are for the transient criminal defendant crowd.

He doesn't have any court appearances coming up because he's a fugitive from justice in both Vermont and Louisiana, but if I remember correctly there was another (possibly mistaken) date in his court details before he went on the lam.

Yeah if he encounters any law enforcement he'll be arrested, the New Orleans judge implied she wanted him extradited and there's no bond so he'll stay in jail until his court date, I don't think we know if Vermont wants him extradited or not.

I'd say his biggest demon is staring right back at him in the mirror. Even the alcohol was (apparently?) under control for a long time, until he started the downward spiral of poor decisions the past two years.

Sam has an eviction hearing on Wed. 4/1, and Nikki has court on Wed. 4/8 for assaulting the High Lord of the Stolas Seas. I don't have any upcoming court dates for Styx in my notes.

She did recently say that she is desperate to be a wife and a mother.
She's just one of them ladies that define themselves through their abusive relationships. This new beau will be exactly how she described Tarl before he got sick of her; perfect in every way, weird, utterly dependent on her (but in a cute way), etc.
I'd say desperate times call for desperate measures, but she's just like this all the time.
 
Nikki probably wants a psycho boyfriend/husband or whatever because not only is she incredibly lonely, but it distracts people from the horrid trainwreck that is her own life and her own stupid decisions. She's a complete fucking maniac who only looks half-normal when she's standing next to satanist gang banger drug addicts, or whatever

She is eeeeeeevil, and it doesn't seem like she has any family around her at all. She must've done some really wild shit to burn those bridges

In my opinion this is an upgrade from Styx. For her at least. She bought Tarl's persona, of the bad boy goth little titty pirate/musician/author, homie seems like he's a legit bad boy (not afraid to spend a little time in jail), actual musician (I haven't gone over the guitar pics autistically yet, but guitar/bass players are often keyboard players as well, because the range is similar and they're chorded instruments), not sure if he's a pirate, but he's obviously a criminal. Could be a match made in... At least they will both be happy if they can keep it together. Side note, I think the FB "together" just means in a relationship, not necessarily tying the knot, so to speak.

Edit: I looked at the guitars, the Jackson is a high end guitar low end $400, Gretch is a high end guitar low end for the acoustic $500, Ibanez is a decent guitar, depending on the pick-ups $200-600, Epiphone is the low end Gibson (I think I haven't been in the music game for a while), easy to upgrade, probably $200, the fourth guitar is blurred and I can't make out the head. If he has a 4x12 or playing amp that's a grand, pedals are one to two hundo a pedal, chords $20 a piece, di boxes depending on how he runs pedals, maybe a mixing boards if he does recording (that's and easy two grand unless he knows someone). So $2,000 in guitars low end, and if my experience is any gauge between $3-10,000 in other gear.

Ok, but why THIS GUY? It's like she has a fetish for men who think they're Lucifer and are outwardly satanist, which is just my opinion based on the facial tattoos, I could be wrong.

Nicki could have found a future husband right here in this thread.

Does she not see how deeply @Ghostface Killah cares for her? He's just mean because he loves her. He's the kind of man who would prove it to her. He lives his emotions.

But she just flushed all of that down the toilet. What kind of future does she want?
