I am glad you mentioned this. I saw @Sekhmet666 in a post a short while ago saying something like "the seizure really scared him...". I did not have the time to post at the time, when I went back I could not find the line. If the seizure was fake, it adds to the avoidence of responsibility, and I do not think the courts will be happy.

I'm going to need a neurologist's report that shows they absolutely saw seizure activity in the brain. I'm sure Pam would lie for him and Nikki's also not a neurologist and probably wasn't there anyway, so she's just taking Pam's word because she has to. He never had a seizure before or after except for the moment that he had to appear in court to be told he's going to jail? He was also seen on Twitter before the seizure, and then on this website shortly after.

Because remember, that's what the prosecution was asking for, with TONS of evidence, even more than we knew here, such as the fact that he saw Sam in person multiple times.
 
My theory as to why Thyxx is a lolbertarian is because he’s a criminal deadbeat at heart and doesn’t like the idea of law and justice. He also doesn’t want to be a responsible adult and take care of his daughter a continent away. He doesn’t want to move out of his parent’s home either. All he wants to do is cosplay as a satanic pirate (lmao), drink booze, get high off some alchemical concoctions, and fuck gutter sluts.

I don't even think he got medical attention. Like, zero.

I bet if he had to produce a doctor's note, he would be unable to.
 
The only place he could possibly be going (due to his crippling anxiety) would be out to see his daughter. So he's either so hard up for cash, that he needed to refund his ticket (because NYC isn't cheap), or he's scared to go and see Tarlette (due to his crippling anxiety). At least the seizure was a little more believable, but anxiety attack would be more likely.
 
I wasn't there, so I do not know if the seizure was real. I believe he really did have a seizure because it actually looks like he's cutting down on the alcohol and barring a jarring experience close to death, like a seizure, I don't think anything would have made him consciously cut down drinking as much as it looks like he has.

When I was with Tarl, he was drinking so much that he was an uncontrollable monster. He would have tantrums and throw things frequently and not even listen to me speak. There were moments when he was fun to be around, but with the drinking at that obscene amount, he was completely uncontrollable. I could not imagine him being that uncontrollable, hateful and disrespectful towards Mel. He usually obeys her. I believe his mom, that Mel is seriously controlling his alcoholic intake and he's letting this happen because the seizure scared him.
