I'd have to go back and check, but I think she said he tossed a bunch of her stuff out in the snow. Bitch move IMHO.. but not worth the hassle to follow thru on. Best thing she can do is get her car back and move on. When you file a police report, everything that happens legally flows from that. This is your life; consider actually trying to repair it. If you care at all, you should withdraw your statements about Nikki with the State's Attorney.
