Also, the cop telling you the order only applies to you is just literally telling you the text of the order, and that's his only job, cops don't give a fuck to interpret anything beyond that. A lawyer might have a very different perspective on how a court would view someone getting a no-contact order on you and then harassing you online once it's in place. More than one post too, so I would emphasize "pattern of harassment"

Keep in mind that The Nikkster has to start from zero, makes less than 3k/mo clear with a basic job at 40hrs per week, her knee is pretty jacked up, she had to pay for dental implant recently, is used to paying $400/mo in rent and now will have to pay ~1300-1500 or try and find non-Methame St. roommates, motels are expensive (min $90/night, possibly higher due to being near Killington and they upcharge for hotels/motels when there is snow), so she has to get out of that situation, its too cold to live out of the car without having to run the engine, she has to keep the car up and running and if that goes down its a catastrophe, she might have too much stuff just to fit in the car easily and storage units are going to have a cost as well. Even basics like phone/phone service start to eat at the budget and we have to factor in food.

Start from zero in Rutland (or wherever is next) also means she has no safety net of family nearby, savings, or institutional support (beyond shelters, which generally means all your stuff gets stolen) to absorb even minor disruptions, so every unexpected event immediately becomes a crisis instead of an inconvenience. Vermont has a sparse job market limits upward mobility and makes replacing lost income slow and uncertain, especially without flexible or remote work options. The stress of constant instability compounds decision making fatigue, making it harder to plan, advocate for herself, or pursue longer term solutions. Without intervention, short term survival pressures can make maintaining work performance, health, and judgment, increasing the odds of a downward spiral that is far more costly than helping her stabilize while she still has employment, transportation, and the capacity to recover. Money now is five times more effective than money later.
So even if you all want her to bail out of Rutland, teetotal, not smoke, not eat fancy and work on a self improvement plan she has to stick around until the legal shit finishes and she has a job.

We should be able to at least have a better showing than fucking Tard's simpfest zero-effort live streams to his remaining paypigs. The Nikkster was a big problem for Tard, you heard why in the arrest video, she was super nice to the Parents and got in their good graces making it hard for Tard to throw her in the shelter like all the ones before.

Listening to how deferential and slavish she was in the arrest video she is the victim of a situation abuse. Fuck Tard, fuck the demonic evil Warwicks, and help the dame out, give Nikki a fighting chance to get out of Rut Vegas. Also know that part of the items the Whorewicks Warwicks have is her new laptop, she is using her old fucked up laptop as a stopgap.

I watched The Nikkster pay her own way for the time she was prisoner at Dark Schloss Warwick Vile Keep of Rutlandshire. I dont think giving her the chance to bootstrap is a bad thing.

Null is currently getting a ton of shit just for conducting a non-hostile interview of TT's accuser's I kind of doubt he wants to take the potential heat from fundraising for whatever twists and turns this particular narrative might take. With his luck it'll turn out Nikki is a serial cat murderer or something.
 
@Lukie Careful with what you are asking for. Opening up someone else's asking for money from strangers opens them up to all sorts of screwtiny. Such as, what are you going to spend the money on? Are you scamming people? How did you get yourself into this mess? Everyone obviously knew better... etc. etc.

Some people here in the thread have been very nice, and I have kept my mouth shut about them not following standard kiwi common sense. I am not sure you want her to get full bore attention about this. Would it be entertaining for me? Sure, when you can't stop people, there is nothing to do but kick back and enjoy the ride. But I am not hoping for other people's misery to get my jollies.

I want you to win, and I want this to work for you in a way that makes Sam fume that you get to be a victim AND get money that SHE deserves! The irony of Kiwifarms is that while it's a "nazi harassment site that bullies people to death", if the people who were made fun of took the critiques made here seriously and tried to change accordingly, their lives would drastically improve.

Like yea, most of it is just shit talking and there are a lot of situations where it really is just laughing at retards, but in the case of someone like Styx or @Sekhmet666 , if they were to just ask "How do I fix my life?", they'd get better answers here than they would from anybody else they know.

Very true. This is because lolcows and their victims are almost always surrounded by enablers - people who coddle them, validate the delusion, and reward the worst behavior because it’s easier than telling the truth.

KiwiFarms, OTOH, is the anti-enabler - a hostile reality check. A place where the mask gets ripped off and the "poor me" narrative is starved of oxygen. Ironically (?), it becomes a kind of moral compass - not because it’s nice, but because it refuses to let obvious lies, manipulation, and predatory behavior be re-branded as "misunderstood."
