You wrote it like an emotional teenager, or worse, it reads like something Sam would write, distance yourself from that. You aren't a helpless uWu smolbean, you're a capable person in an unfortunate situation, so write about that. Sam writes things like I HAVE BEEN NARC ABUSED ALL MY LIFE AND EVERYONE ALWAYS BEATS ME DOWN AND I DESERVE BETTER. Its jarring to read that from someone asking for help. I'd take out or revise the whole second paragraph. Keep it to the facts, you were in an abusive relationship that soured, and you are now in a shelter with nowhere to go. Also, remove that 'i want an apartment of my own', we live in a time when 60% of the population can't afford such a luxury and need to get a second job or roommates. And the THE LIGHT MUST FIGHT THE DARK? Who is your target audience here? The tone is all over the place and comes off as, look, life sucks give me money. Tell them why you need money,be descriptive, without the emotional flair that Sam or Tarl would write. You can't talk about Tarl, I get that, but you can write about your experiences without directly ascribing them to him. Anyone who knows you will know who you are talking about.
I want you to win, and I want this to work for you in a way that makes Sam fume that you get to be a victim AND get money that SHE deserves! And Tarl will just keep taunting you from behind the order just like Sam does to him. Tarl and his whole misbegotten family is garbage, and you are lesser for it. Leave Rutland altogether if you can manage it. Its a festering pit, no amount of Live Laugh Love will fix it.

Ain't nothing wrong with wanting love. But chasing it ironically repels it. See: Sam. You have to work at it, it isn't some diamond you come across accidentally. Sam KNEW she always deserved better and was destined to be a pampered princess, and when fantasy didn't become reality it further broke an already broken person.
She was so desperate to be a stay at home wife that she, according to her, compromised on her own core being to get it. She didn't want kids unless there was a contract involved. She didn't want a husband unless he will always pay the mortgage and bills and give her drugs forever, no matter what. She still thinks Tarl is the best way to get at this, which is why she fixated on you. You did yourself no favors by kicking a retarded woman with no morals and nothing but time on her hands to think of ways to attack you.
Love yourself, first. If you don't think you are worthy of love, you end up thinking abuse is love, and you stay in situations even when the entire planet is telling you to wake the fuck up. You cannot make a person love you by letting them hurt you and refusing to leave them, all you end up with is training them to treat you like a dog.

Did the judge issue a gag order on you only? Not the drunken, agoraphobic pirate as well? If so, this seems highly unusual. You might consider asking your attorney to challenge it. If you're not allowed to talk about the case, then certainly the drunken, agoraphobic pirate shouldn't be allowed to either, particularly given his (albeit rapidly declining) large audience.

I'm going to abstain from making any personal statements, but I would not be the first one to donate to any GSG, no matter how I had emotionally vested into it, and what I perceived as the person behind it. I pray Nikki does what she can to get out of this mess, but there has been little momentum yet- so we'll see.

Apparently this is normal! I asked for clarification from cop Washburn & he said It only applies to me. This is a court order, but I also asked for clarification & found out that Samantha slime Keister assface was not breaking the rules of her protective orders by repeatedly contacting & whoring herself to men she claimed were dangerous abusers. I said that makes no sense. It seems like entrapment. But that's the way it is.
I heard Get-Send-Go was better than Go-Fund-Me, so I went with them. *shrugs*

I have lost my voice from spending an entire day walking in the cold and then singing and rejoicing. When you are in a relationship with a narcissist, you lose yourself. Once you get through the court system, let's see how hard you vie to get the hell out of there, because being in the same city is poison." If you stay in Rutland? Obviously you'll have to figure a way to have zero contact- I want to see you at least get out of your car before you work on larger life goals. A gag order is not normal, in fact it is extremely unusual, particularly a one-sided one. I think you (or the cop) has misunderstood what order was issued. It is highly likely that you have a no-contact order with the drunk, agoraphobic pirate - meaning you cannot contact him or come within a certain distance of him. This is a normal condition of release. The drunken, agoraphobic pirate had something similar with Sam when he drunkenly abused and battered her in New Orleans, but he chose to continue to contact her against the court order (very lucky to not get contempt of court slapped on him for that.)
I highly doubt there is any kind of gag order in your case. Check with your public defender, or call the Rutland county court clerk and ask for your specific conditions of release.
