So there is an online court records search for Vermont, however you can only see civil cases and not criminal ones, and you also can't view court documents just the dates and outcome of the case.

You can only see court documents and criminal cases by accessing the public access terminals inside any Vermont courthouse.

"Document viewing and access to all other public case types (criminal, family, probate and others) is available to the general public only at courthouse public access terminals."

The public access terminals seem to just be computers in the lobby of a courthouse, and I think they can be used anonymously by any member of the public.

Also, the court records search should be pretty much the same on the terminals as the online version.

I tried searching some of the Rutland pirate crew on the online version. Tarl, Edward, and Pam/Pamela Warwick, Dylan Beaudry, and Samantha Keister. Nothing too interesting on the civil side, everyone has traffic citations except for Tarl, Dylan has some credit thing. (there could be people with the same names but dates seem to match up pretty well).

A big part of the problem with his attitude these days is this: he's still got a six-figure ego, even while his reality is now two-figure streams.

The booze that soaks his brain prevents updates from reaching his unconscious mind. His deep cortex lags the actual situation he's in. He pummels it into submission with alcohol starting the minute he wakes up. It's still living in 2017, still affecting an aire of smug repose, as he sits broken and stinking in his childhood bedroom swigging mouthwash cocktails for the ethanol content.

When the women he manipulates finally stop enabling him, or a judge finally does the needful and scorns him to a prison cell, and the alcohol's cut off, then the living nightmare will set in.
