According to google, Nikki may have legal precedence to be considered a tenant, making it more difficult to legally evict her, regardless of who owns the place. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Warwick, you now have a bug eating squatter in your midst and I'm not talking about the spiders in the basement

There's ways you can get these people out. Trust me. Had a tenant pull that shit after a 72 hour notice to pay or quit. I changed the fucking locks. They called the cops, and I told the cops that I don't give a fuck if they're here or not. They can stay on the property but they aren't coming inside. Cops agreed, laughed and drove off. They were in the yard overnight then fucked off promptly in the morning.

You can also pay people to fuck with them beyond measured reason. Just make sure you don't get caught.

Trust me, there's ways.

Apples and Oranges. The date to stop beating infants is a function of the relative risk being reported once they're going to school, go on sleepovers, etc, while the grandmother thing is directly proportional to the size of inheritance you might be looking at someday (assuming that you'll want to treat mom and dad as your own Moe and Curly when the time comes as well).

It depends a lot on your relationship with local law enforcement and their willingness to selectively enforce in your favor. I can't see Rutland PD doing Tarl any special favors.

Yeah, squatters have lots of rights but with Tard and the parents being inside the home with her, they can do things that are not quite legal to get her outside of the building and then trespass her.

@Sekhmet666 has a minimally active YouTube channel with a few followers, I think she could easily do more videos, IRL streaming, or even gaming streams, and I definitely recommend jump starting the channel with a few more Styx videos ASAP (The Pirate arrest is on her channel too).

Many famous YouTubers/streamers have gotten that way, and continue to make their bread and butter, just by talking about other famous streamers. A direct association is even more powerful; hell even some channel mods and active chatters have branched out on their own and made a name.

Of the 3 exes, she has the most star power, even without her direct link to Tarl. I do think documenting his downfall would redefine her channel and it would definitely get more views than he does.

The Glock story speaks to the type of ignorance that people like Tarl and Sam have. They think if they can trick themselves into believing something, they can get that to transfer to others.

His nearly invincible ignorance started with his original thought that nothing bad would happen to him, followed by the sudden terror of the gravity of his situation which led him to pretend to be dying and suicidal, and it is continued with his story of the Glock, which no one will believe.

Even if there is a random cartridge still in the chamber after taking out the magazine and pulling the slide back to clear said chamber, that bullet would not go off. Glocks have been expertly designed for safety. I would say at least 10,000 people are walking around the United States carrying a Glock handgun with one in the chamber and no care in the world that it would ever misfire.

With glock a solid 35-40% of the CCW market, that would mean 2 million Glocks float around every day. Most people who EDC go condition one. Studies reveal 94% of those who EDC are condition one.

Judges are some of the most common defensive carry people in the USA as well due to the nature of their job, so Tard lying about how the Glock negligent discharge occurred is so beyond retarded its worldbreaking.
