Which you admitted he bought before you were married.
You also admitted to sending Tarl porn for $800 while still married.

The only confusion is why you haven't removed yourself from the gene pool yet.
I guess, technically, the legal definition of "infidelity" doesn't cover stripping naked, taking pics of yourself, and selling those pics to another man. I guess "acting like a whore" is outside the scope of legal action.
Well shut my mouth, good job.
Still an abusive mother though. Good luck getting your cake pan back.
Idk about Vermont, but in my state, a person who is ordered to return specific items has the option of coming up with the cash value of the items instead. The courts recognize that divorce is a messy business that entails moving house, and over time, things get lost, broken, or stolen. If I were Dylan, I'd cut her a check for $59.95 and throw her pots and pans into the jungle behind the house.

I remember reading the itemized list attached to a particularly nasty divorce that was 10 pages long. Obviously I can't recall all the things on the list, but I do recall there being a matching baby blue bathroom set, embroidered, with bath mat, contoured toilet rug, towels, washcloths, bath towels, and curtains; a child's matching Strawberry Shortcake bedroom set including curtains, comforter, sheets, pillowcase, bed skirt, accent pillows, and throw rug; and several children's records, including their Partridge Family Album. This case had been in court so long that the little girl who owned the Strawberry Shortcake bedroom set and Partridge Family album was probably over 21 when it finally settled. Idk which would be funnier, just cutting a check or actually returning the stuff, because the case had been in court for 11 years.

Imagine fighting for 11 years to get your matching baby blue embroidered contour toilet rug back. Would you still really want it, after 11 years of soaking up piss and floating in gray water? Ugh. I suppose it was the principle of the thing, but DAMN.

he was hereby ordered. That's what I've been saying... also its been amended to show that I didn't commit adultery BECAUSE I FUCKING DIDN'T
Jesus H Christ. I'm dying here. I can't even believe this is real.

First page is a court document that says she didnt commit adultery, who gives a shit? This court finds the defendant isnt an elephant.

For those looking at this, this would be material if Dylan had money.

A Final Order in the divorce incorrectly stated that adultery occurred. That statement was not supported by the judges factual findings. One party (Samantha Keister) filed a Motion to Amend Findings and Set Aside the Final Order. The judge granted the motion. The court will issue an amended order removing or correcting the adultery conclusion.
Why this can matter if people involved are normal.
- Adultery can affect money (who cares, nobody here has any money)
- Adultery can affect custody and credibility (didnt matter in the end, it seems)
- It protects future legal proceedings (who cares, nobody here has any money, why relitigate this)
- It protects reputation (that's moot now, songs about drugs, kiwi farms threads, bizarre videos, erratic behavior)
- It shows the difference between findings and conclusions
The judge written conclusion didnt match the actual facts proven, thats grounds for correction and sometimes appeal (there is nothing to appeal because the lawyers hourly rates are going to be higher than the sum total net worth of all these clowns)

The second page is even funnier

The Defendant is awarded the following, free and clear of any interest of Plaintiff
- 2010 Toyota Avalon (Fucking Tard jewed out on the gifted car. That car today is worth $7k at best fully loaded in mint condition, most Avalons from those years are selling for 4k-5k)
- $6,000 in monthly installments of $300 due on the first of the month (life changing money here)
- The computer and hard drive
- The power cord and pedal for the sewing machine
- The scrabble board
- The immersion blender
- The 7-inch round cake pan
- The glass container set

- The good phone charger (the one that still works at a weird angle)
- The couch remote with no back (buttons worn smooth)
- The 'nice' Tupperware lid that fits nothing else
- The half -used Costco pack of AA batteries
- The space heater that smells faintly like burning dust and regret
- The framed quote sign that says 'Live Laugh Love'
- The junk drawer scissors that dont cut good
- The decorative bowl that once held keys and now only holds resentment
- The mystery HDMI cable nobody knows what it goes to
- The coffee mug that says 'World's Best xxxxx' - can't tell if Mom or Dad was scratched off

This all reads as very petty and very sad.

This looks like 10k in shit at best, the reality is felting Dylan for 10k is just diverting resources from your children. The reality is is even if Dylan cut you 10k tomorrow the rents around there are $1700 ish for minimal standard stuff, you arent going to get far on that 10k between rent and food, let along supplies.

You need to
- have good friends willing to help
- patch shit up with Dylan (and calling his new broad names and shit isnt the path to do that)
- find a sugar daddy fast (you seem to have a hard time keeping the charm turned on, its really not that hard for a woman to appear to be pleasant to a man - but you rail feminist bullshit and have this man-hate attitude
- or explore the upcoming 'Im a nutcase Uncle Sam help me out'.

Given that you come here and make so many friends so easily, this is going to be a hard.

Sam, if you are legit a nutcase, you could possibly get help.

Maybe United Counseling Service of Vermont https://www.ucsvt.org/ has some services for you. If you are on the verge of becoming homeless/indigent, and you dont have any friends left, and cant hack living in a car, you should probably see if there is a program there you could get help from.

You need to figure out how to get a case manager from one of these help places. a case manager helps with Medicaid enrollment, Disability (SSI/SSDI) applications, Housing referrals, Keeping appointments and Medication compliance. You might want to drop the energy drinks and weed if you want "the system" to care about you. Pathways Vermont https://www.pathwaysvermont.org is a another way to get at Vermont emergency housing programs. Emergency housing often requires proof of instability, which ER visits, 988 calls, or UCS intake provide.
'I have no income, no insurance, and Im struggling to function, I'm trying to be a mother to three children. I need an intake appointment and case management.'

They will probably think, what the fuck is a young white woman who speaks English who isnt hard on the eyes doing here, so the angle is you are under too much mental duress to function normally.

Vermont Medicaid could help covering therapy, psychiatry, medications, hospital care, etc.

If you get a mental illness documented then SSI / SSDI might be possible.

Honestly, if you could not be such a fire breather, I'm guessing @Sekhmet666 knows how to navigate these systems better than I (I started adult life with nothing in 1998 and was never indigent) ...

You are boxed in and need to make changes, and railing over this paltry amount of money is just delaying the inevitable. Its time to bootstrap.

Tarl agreed to pay for the lawyer. I cannot claim to know their intentions.
Your lawyer works for you (in theory), they cannot discuss the case without your consent. I know because I paid for a friend's lawyer when he got into trouble, and the lawyer was very professional and told me what he could tell me, and told that there were things he couldn't tell me.
My friend paid me back, are you paying Tarl for the representation he hired for you?

equity of the home
There isnt any. Especially now.

The house is a mess and while it was bought cheap, the run up in real estate isnt going to make it easy to borrow against the value of the home today on paper. People from lending institutions will go and see that mess and balk at allowing loans against that colateral.
