I am not lying that he domestically assaulted me in New Orleans. He said to the arresting officers himself that he tossed my phone AT ME. Not to me, AT ME. He threw my very heavy Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra at my ribs and the impact and stress from it caused a nosebleed. He was threatening to toss my phone off the balcony and leave me stranded in New Orleans but I wouldnt let him have my phone back after he threw it at me. There are four children here and they are a lot older, and you are doing this whole thing wrong. Stop looking to outside forces to make your situation better. You have to fix your life and do what you can to make your kids lives better by virtue of you being there when you can. This constant fucking courts and cops and lawyers and whining and tailspinning on internet/socials/etc - yeah, not going to work.
Ill say this, given the kids ages, you can make a lot of mistakes in these younger years and they are resilient, but there will be a day they will resent a fucky parent. Once the kids know if their parent is untreated mentally ill or a fuckup, its a lot harder to have a good relationship. Fix your shit faster than your kids reach the point where they will recognize a fuckup when they see one.
