Anton started a campaign on GiveSendGo, not GoFundMe. The campaign is still active, but it has stalled at $1000. GiveSendGo does not deduct any fees, and the money can be withdrawn at any time regardless of whether or not the goal has been reached.

Tardl has not, to my knowledge, acknowledged this fundraiser. Anton started the campaign, so he would have access to the money.

Given his history with women. His youtube drunkposting of videos and livestreams. And his drunktweeting detailing his numerous health issues and insight into his mental well being. You would think someone somewhere would be actively searching for him as it's pretty obvious he is a danger to himself and others. I'm surprised another wellness check has not been conducted. And with his level of drinking it's only a matter of time until something terrible happens in Mel's home. It has only gotten progressively worse which is the normal trajectory for this type of thing. The shit is going to hit the fan at some point and it is going to be catastrophic. He does need to be taken into custody immediately. If he's not then not only is he to blame but so is law enforcement.
 
If any of our highly diligent public records researchers in this thread were to do a search for lien status and back taxes on the Brooklyn hideout address, they would soon put two and two together why Mel's parents are making no effort to turn Tarl into the authorities. They are trying to keep a low profile during their status, and they fear the cops coming anywhere near that property. The problem is. by being more concerned about their own possible homeless status, they choose to harbor a fugitive, which will be a far worse problem for them. It all makes sense now within this Warwick circle of chaos and white trash sensibilities . And if they have already done this research, my apologies for missing it buried deep within this thread.

More likely I think that they've heard about some guy their daughter has been talking to for a long time. She probably goes on about how smart he is and likes the same weird crap that she does. A reasonable couple, who is just trying to make a nice comfortable life for their daughter assumes, "That's nice, she's found another retard. Maybe they'll have a happy retard relationship".

What's weird to me is that if I'm right then why haven't they met Tarl? Do they even know he's living there? I wouldn't put it past him to tell the spud not to mention his spounge status to her parents.

IANAL but it depends on the jurisdiction. In a large metro area they usually just wait until the perp crosses paths with law enforcement for some other reason. They count on people like this not being good at staying out of trouble in combination with having an arrest hanging over your head becomes more of a burden the longer it drags on. Law enforcement in a small area might be more inclined to be more proactive.
