Harrison Bergeron was about equality taken to an excessive level. People who are smart get bells and alarms that play in their ears to break their train of thought. The graceful are given huge weights. Its the idea that equality for everybody means dumbing down most of the population. Individuality bad. Affirmative action good. What comic did you see that under? Maybe i can clarify further after that.
