China is communist. They've found a way to make changes so it can "work" and their economy doesn't collapse, but it is communist. It's even more dangerous because they've managed to find a way to not bankrup the country this time. That's impressive and scary. Even awful ideologies escape.

Most people make the mistake of assuming that communism is an economical definition alone. It's not, that's Socialism. Communism is a combination of not only control of the economy but also the society. They are working to make it to its final state, which could or could not happen. But it's getting there: they already control the lives of every single citizen, dissidence isn't allowed. People who have tried to make business in China will tell you how hard it is to do so. Everything is strictly controlled by the government. Those who disagree, have to keep it silent otherwise, their lives will be ruined. The government tries to keep them "happy" so they won't stand against them, but that can't work for so long.

And of course, the main indication of a communist society is the elimination of any variation: the ongoing annihilation of Christians and Muslims is a way to get rid of different opinions that won't adjust to the established norm.

The Chinese have shown that they're doing exactly what the alt-right complains about the Jews doing and people like Stonetoss are loving it. Really activates the almonds.

Also, I don't blame the people of Hong Kong for preferring to risk drag queen story time over getting extradited for "trial" to the mainland and turning up in a ditch a week later with all their organs missing.

There's no sign that stonetoss is loving what the chinese government is doing besides that the alternative would be (in his opinion) a south korean tier globohomo matriarchy.

Considering the slippery slope has been proven true in the West time and time again, he has a basis for seeing it as a binary choice. But even then, our corporatist genderspecial dystopia is preferable to a full-blown Communist dystopia.

Ah yes, the idiocy of twitter and being fired is comparable to being put in actual concentration camps and being guaranteed arrested at a far higher rate for simply saying the wrong things. This would be a good place to point out that Stonetoss is not the first Nazi to defend the PRC. Long before the HK unrest started, Andrew Anglin wrote an article praising Xi Jinping.

Fascist-communist cooperation isn't that surprising given the existence of the third position, but what amuses me about this is that Stonetoss used to claim to be some kind of anarcho-capitalist. He's gone through a similar transformation to Stefan Molyneux in that he realised anarcho-capitalism was never very popular and switched to fascism to pursue a larger audience.

Fans calling people "bugmen" in these circumstances is hilarious; a former anarcho-capitalist's fans denounce their enemies for being obsessed with consumerism, in a manner comparable to Julius Evola, who hated capitalism.

The difference is that it's unofficial and not universal here, which is a really important difference. Some places will shitcan you for wrongthink but many places won't, especially if you live in a red state. The feds do shady shit, but they have to be careful who they target and how open they are because they have to worry about getting caught. The very fact Stonetoss is able to exist and do business instead of languishing in prison shows that it isn't the same.
