I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I don't think he's the same person. It has been a long time, but I saw that killstream interview and I don't remember stonetosses voice being nearly that deep.

I have done a lot of googling and binging but i can not find a single live link of the stonetoss killstream. Why did ralph delete it off everywhere? I'm thinking of messaging him or a channel that has a 5 minute clip from that stream

Ralph didn't always keep up-to-date archives online. A lot of the oldest streams are gone forever due to YouTube purging him and his archive channels. He's been uploading older episodes from his hard drive to his website over time so you might just ask him if he still has it. He might not, but it's worth a shot.
