This is the forum that made fun of miscarriages, created shock.avi (whatever it's called, that, at least at one point has a harlequin fetus--although even at 12 it wasnt the first time or place I saw it. My friends mom's medical dictionary fucked me up, man.) and put Yackety Sax over the Twin Towers falling, right?

But a joke like Ubisoft being worse than Hitler or something will probably get you banned now, for downplaying the Holocaust and obviously being a Nazi sympathizer.

Bomber166 was the guy who found out his g/f was bangin' another dude, so he went to a party where his now ex-g/f and the dude were at, and shot and killed them both. But before that, he rammed her car several times, just for fun I guess.

Mayor Wilkins was a GBS superstar known for his relationship advice, which gave all the loveshys hope because even tho he was a fat / ugly dude (serioulsy, he looks like a young Harvey Weinstein) he could woo women with his funny, witty personality. Well, that's what he wanted people to think. Actually, he'd go after chubby and/or mentally unstable women and manipulate them. This was found out on SASS, when Riffleraffle got Kimmi (Wilkins' ex) to post audio of him reading a raunchy sex story. In retaliation, Wilkins posted a topless pic of Kimmi on SASS, then he got banned from SA.

You know I'm kind of wondering with all the shit that happens in SA, what with all the usual shenanigans that happen, but is there any leakage from SA's troon sperging that maybe ended up in goonswarm?

Not as bad as some of the other mods, but there was also brother jonathon or somesuch, who admitted to blogging about smelling women's hair on the subway.

No idea, but swarm used to be most "red" area if SA for awhile. My brief time in it I remember calling some guy a communist faggot for posting some Euro socialist shit and then him getting dog piled in chat for twenty minutes

I wonder if the cold, unforgiving culture of EVE Online affects goon/troon behaviour. Troons usually harass their peers until they submit but I'd expect if goonswarm were compromised by the insanity seen on the forums it'd have utterly collapsed to infighting years ago.

When I was in there in 2010, when EVE had an in-game web browser, officer announcements or corporation radio chats were kicked off by a dozen people posting links to pictures of naked women in the game chat. The term "post tits" was used like a meme. "X posted tits" was like "X has the speaking stick."

It was honestly a little too far in the other direction for me.

No that was Senior Woodchuck who was creeping on girls & blogging about getting boners from smelling their hair. Along with other behavior, like making an AD&D grimdark Heman RPG.

Brother Jonathan was a rather boring ex-navy train sperg who just had zero chill.

BroJo was hilarious, possibly the most autistic mod on the site. He was known for his hatred of image macros, and would toss a coin on whether to ban anybody who posted any of the more common ones (no1curr was one). His autism resulted in PYF having more rules than any other subforum (not helped that he replaced Childlike Empress, one of the more insane cat lady mods from the Ozma era, who banned anything she personally didn't enjoy) and the regulars got sick of him. In the end, a cabal of posters found that he got particularly triggered by the "Nig Nog tryna get a hand beezy" video, probably because the kid in the video was almost as autistic as him. Cue these posters spamming image macros with the "Nig Nog tryna get a hand beezy" text over pictures of train crashes over and over until he had some kind of meltdown in the mod forum and was de-modded for his own mental health. He's still very bitter about it all.

i think eggplant wizard did the coin flipping, brojos bizarre adventure involved him attempting to mock what he understood to be fyad humor by posting a knock knock joke involving the phrase 'nigger tranny faggot'. that led to him revealing that he didn't know tranny was an offensive thing to say and he handled the resulting fallout in the worst possible way that a 40 year old trainsperg who still lived with his parents could
