The difference is absolutely mind blowing. Billions in foreign aid received every year and yet India won’t even pay to give a guy a brush to sweep the streets. Then on the flip side of the picture those walls just need to be washed and have a new coat of paint.

Bhutan is an incredible country. It's a highly hierarchical ethnostate too, which has thus far managed to reject all of the deleterious parts of modernity and preserve its ethnic heritage and territory due to its impassable terrain.

Duckduckgo was "inaccessible," according to Wikipedia. But here's an scope of how paranoid the government is: In 2018, PornHub and over 800 websites were banned for pornographic content. There were several banwaves over those file-hosting sites because of piracy allegations. Plus, they want companies like Google to preemptively screen user-generated content for anything that might be perceived as offensive or subversive.

Bollywood movies usually have white women who are easy to "seduce" if the guy tries and never gives up. A normal bollywood romance goes like:
