Looked into her hacked account a bit more cause I was curious what else the hacker leaked. Turns out she wasn't actually a minor and she is 22 years old. The hacker also posted her block list and mute list, out of those two the mute list is the more interesting one (also the block list is waaaay too long for me to post here):

Also here are some more "art" from her account that wasn't posted here before. (It's Jolyne from Jojo, Touhou characters and some youtuber's avatar.)

I'm almost 100% sure that she was never hacked in the first place and this whole thing was just a trolling thing. I mean the hacker's art style has some big similarities to Zee's art (except that the "hacker" is a NSFW artist and it's drawn better). They have a similar line thickness and sketchiness to it, use a very similar color palate and the way they shade their art. Also the "hacker" made a Patreon not long after Zeena asked in a pol if she should create an account for future artworks and comics.

Damn, that’s depressing. I’m assuming these are the same artist? It looks like the faces are heavily influenced by Steven Universe but they didn’t stylize the bodies to match.

(Also that first pic with the monster girl is really nice. The characters are well drawn, the girl is monstrous but not hideous. They both have so much personality and are actually interacting with each other. I’d ask who the artist is but if they don’t draw like that anymore then what’s the point)
