This has to be one of the few OCs I've seen in which the characteristics are actually consistent(not including the pronouns or sexuality). Good job on that to whoever made it.

The whole point of making a magical girl is that they're costumes are supposed to be outlandish and frilly. It's a staple of the genre that honestly makes it stand out from a typical superheroe show. The main problem with this OC is just that they randomnly places splotches of Vitilego everywhere. Like, you can make Vitilego look good on a character and in real life (that famous model that's been mentioned in this thread 100's of times), but for some odd reason these people just make it stand out in the worst way possible.

It's not outlandish as much as being plain ugly. Magical girl uniforms are over-the-top and stupidly detailed but they're still aesthetically pleasing. All the different shades of pink and purple along with that yellow clash horribly and the design is very simple. It's a pretty blatant Madoka rip-off too (I'm starting to doubt anyone on Tumblr knows there's other magical girl anime other than Madoka Magica).

Aside from that, the vitiligo, the fake gender, and the Mary-Sue personality, what really gets me is those red spots. Does she have chicken pox?

It's funny that they do that they made Bayonetta fatter to me because iirc the creator for Bayonetta, a women, mind you created her as her own power fantasy. Her having sex-appeal is kind of the point.

I also love how they take a loving relationship between two friends who are basically sisters and went through hell for one another....and turned it into shipping fodder.

Maybe they like to see themselves (physically) in their favorite characters, but part of the reason I like the characters I do is because they look beautiful and not like my ugly ass, and I like the fan art to reflect that fact.

Something I haven’t noticed discussed here very much (probably because you all have better things to do with your time) is the fact fan fiction lately has been flooded with more and more enby/MLM types writing trans fan fiction. It’s kind of exhausting to see porn posted in a character tag you like only to realize they’ve been written with a vagina. People have been trying to pass themselves off as progressive so they can fulfill what’s essentially a cuntboy fetish.

Even worse is I think a small fraction think they don’t even need to tag it as transgender character to ‘normalize it’ so any fan fiction could contain a nasty surprise.

The only non porn fics I’ve seen tagged with transgender character usually have the character just spontaneously admit they’re trans, because that’s how these idiots think trans people are supposed to act.
