I don't play Animal Crossing to know if the designs are true to personality, but I feel like this one is pretty fine visually. It definitely reads very penguiny, and the colors look true to the actual character. It's one of the few times, I think, where a small head on a large body kinda works.

That most likely is supposed to be an art tablet pen though. To be fair though, I thought it was some sort of actual pen or even like, a fake wand? I'm not sure why, but that's what it looked like at a glance.
