It would be funny if that wasn't the actual reason these kids use when it comes to racebending the European characters.

Not the worse one I've seen on that sites take of a character, at least I can see him it being him compared to the other stuff I've seen posted here.

I'm gonna go on a gut feeling as say it might Gaster(maybe). I honestly have no clue but Gaster is like the skeletons in that he's super popular and everyone wants to fuck him as well, but, I can't get who this is meant to be with the way he's drawn.

I wonder why they always pick the character who's described as handsome to ruin? I'm gonna be :autism:y for a sec but France is the only character who gloats about how gorgeous he is (while everybody else is standard bishies for yaoi fodder I guess)
You'll rarely see plus-size racebends lathered with genderspecialism of the rest of the cast. Maybe America because he needs to be black but France always gets the super combo.

The fact that he's the only 100% confirmed (actually bi) PANSEXUAL probably has something ro do with it.

The last one has no merit on its own, they just drew all over official artwork. Such a disservice to the original artist.

I know tumblr art is hideous and badly done, but this one is so busy it took me minute to find the characters actual face. The mouth is confusing is it smiling and a black bottom lip or is the black mark its tongue. The eye is it closed with rainbow eye shadow or a rainbow cyborg eye.
 
Everyone's getting a kick out of redesigning Lapis now. I agree, its a bland character, but.. that doesnt let you mke it look worse...

this one's description "Dresses can lose their coverage in combat situations." make it seem like they were inspired by BABD, but why did they make her so green? It looks like lady murdoc..

They really should turn those Lapis redesigns into their own character, they could have the freedom to do whatever they want without bastardizing anything, or even another Lazuli since the setting allows for it (and even the very different body types). Lapis's introduction works the way it does because she's a mysterious, skinny waif with an OP power that doesn't match up to her frail appearance. Can you imagine the same lines coming out of these more heavyset Lazulis?
I admit I think they're alright for gem designs, just not this particular character's. I also get that a monochromatic color scheme looks boring, but that muddy yellow isn't an improvement.
 
monochromatism makes sense because they're rocks. When you look at a shiny gem, it's the same color but in many shades
