Why would they use such a dull and dark shade of blue for reflected light? Don't wanna sound super spergy but that blue doesn't go well with that dark of a skin tone, or at least the artist couldn't make it work.

I think its also because they're "more oppressed" POCs because of their skin. Shinto and Buddhism is mostly east asian therefor "white lite". They can't decide if Jews are POC or not. And Hindus... As long as they're not white latinx. Also, have you noticed they never really focus on the Asian Muslims (which there are a lot of) or the white ones?
