They never bring up the dangerous situations the characters are forced into when using that argument. The character's appearance is always the most important thing to these people. By their logic women super heroes are being thrown into danger and life threatening situations and all they care about are short skirts and cleavage. It shows that no matter what logic they use they can only judge characters based on appearance.
I looked a little further into her fanart and there was a time when she wasn't this bad. Her older, Codename: Kids Next Door art is nice and respects the characters. (Just scroll down a bit.) I have a feeling she was one of those artists that got sucked into SJW-ism.
