Hanzo is a guy. They'd say barely dressed men is "POWER FANTASY" while barely dressed women is nothing but pure "objectification and sexualization" of women despite the fact that the setting and the nature of the work can make a difference in the style of ones armor. Besides, they just want to bitch about shit, doing the sensible thing such as uninstalling and avoiding it wouldn't sate their desire to complain.

You could easily debunk the power fantasy argument by looking up trashy romance novels. The ones with shirtless and faceless men. Also I hear male power fantasy a lot and I'm curious as to what a female power fantasy is. I'm sure there are women who want to look super sexy. Buts that me tbh.

Oh there absolutely are. Don't have any links off-hand but I remember when people were getting up in arms over Bayonetta's design, the woman who designed her stepped up and basically said "I didn't design this character to appeal to men, I designed her as a power fantasy for ME, because I want to be as sexy and badass as her".

At this point with "power fantasy" one may as well ask what the definition is because we all have our own varying power fantasies. Some of us like to kill shit in a loincloth but we could also enjoy a power fantasy of a virtual self living some mary sue life before we play god and kill off said virtual self in a swimming pool with no ladders.

I feel like boiled down to its base component it's "imagining yourself as almost impossibly better than you currently are"

You know, some people have power fantasies of being badass supersoldiers/warriors who can kill with a snap, some people are into living in a deluxe mansion in the sky while being serviced by tearjerkingly beautiful people. But it's basically being better in a way that you're never ever going to achieve realistically, even if you are looking to better yourself, period.

(The difference in a motivational speech and your average rap song, basically.)

It's like a dangerhair version of the school shooter bowl cut.
Now that you said it, it brings that church shooter to mind.

Not only that, a power fantasy pretty much is done in a fictional setting where the worst you could get in a game is dying and having to reload a save. Since male sexy armor gets labelled as power fantasy while female bikini armor is listed as being sexual, one would at least like to know if the arguments BBAD does try to hold any water if they do more than just complain about some character looking cute.

On the subject of his hair being pink, it's Pokémon and a great deal of characters have naturally green/blue/whatever colour hair. It's anime, it happens. Also he's a normal type specialist and a lot of normal types are pink so it probably ties in with that I guess? Along with his brown clothes (pretty much the rest of normal types are brown).
It's also not the first time Nintendo has designed an ambiguous looking character, there's some existing from before the time this whole nonsense started so I doubt it was purposefully to asspat a group of manbabies on the internet.

This screams tumblr so much.

I swear I've heard those exact same words used to describe the project of an entirely different creator.
They're all just blending together.

"I hear you make a comic! So what's it about?"
"THEY'RE BLACK AND QUEER"
"...But what's the stor--"
"THEY'RE BLACK AND QUEER"

Here, you can see my first OC. She is black and queer. And this her friend, she's black and queer. Oh, and who's this little lovely OC? Why, she's black and queer!

"Yeah, but what are their personalities li--"

"THEY ARE BLACK AND QUEER."

Is it just me, or do they all wear the pride flag colours?
No you're right. The purple one has the asexual colors, the pink one has the trans colors, and the rainbow one is pretty self explanatory. The only one I couldn't figure out was the green one. I googled LGBT flags and there are a couple that have green, white and black. The one that would make sense would be neutrois which apparently is some kind of nonbinary or some shit. But in the description they don't use gender neutral pronouns so idfk.

From my experiences with tumblr kiddies, green/white/black usually means "agender," and other similar bullshit.

The colours on green one somewhat resemble aromantic flag now that I think of it. Could be neutrois, too. Either way it's more than likely supposed to represent some sort of special snowflake identity.
