There's absolutely nothing about d.va or lucio that could even point to the word 'trans'.

At first I thought Lucio looked normal until I scrolled down. My guess the reason he's a common target is because of his looks and POC status and the artist feel guilty about being attracted to a CIS man.

Probably because he's a POC as well and very manly. At least Soldier: 76, Winston, Torjborn and McCree can breathe sighs of relief that these artists won't touch them.
 
I don't know anything about Overwatch, but isn't he a cowboy? When I think "cowboy" I think of desperadoes out and about in the desert where you'll probably, y'know, tan.

There could be some leeway in a theory that he's of mixed heritage (Again, never played Overwatch), but SJWs are probably believing that white people are only available the whitest of skin tones.

It's really nothing special. They basically just compare him to other white characters and sperg about how he's ever so slightly darker than other white characters so that means he's a "latinx" poc. Failing to realize that white people can tan, especially in the west/south where temperatures get really high.
