That's not setting the bar very high. And it looks about average as tumblr art goes. The problem is it's a shitty, unpleasant style that grates on the senses and does violence to the original.

It is ridiculous since it means they would try to insert some head-canon of theirs. Sure they could cite one member from the team that works on the games but even then, what that team member said could get mistranslated and misinterpreted.

As I said before, unless it's an AU, people should take more canon shit into consideration. This is a very perceptive character who's supposedly able to sense when others are lying and then some edgelord comes along and goes "Look at this autistic Applejack, who cares if it goes against almost everything we know canonically about them, look at how progressive and inclusive I am!" which is what I hate about the tumblrina headcanoning community.

If I find it I will absolutely post it, but I'm pretty sure it's been deleted or put in storage.

Anyway, with the PPG art, these kids always make Bubbles the fat one and Buttercup trans for some reason.

They'd justify it most likely because the character is a tomboy, even though it's just a fictional character that no doubt identifies as a girl.

Honestly, compared with most of the other stuff seen on this thread, the PPG picture doesn't look half-bad (And most certainly better than the reboot itself is turning out to be). But it took me a bit to figure out who was who, which isn't a good thing.

That tooth gap also feels wrong and somewhat stereotypical if you ask me.

Alright guys, I've been spending some time searching for a Rarity gijinka, or humanization, that I found last year. I've come to the conclusion that it was deleted, if you guys can find it, great. I'll just describe it to the best I can.

It was a black Rarity gijinka. She was dressed in ghetto clothing, some kind of vest, and had that tumblr side shaved hair with a diamond pattern in the side. Totally sounds like a fashionista lady, guys. I don't know, I guess I just think when people make humanizations they should keep the character's likes and personality in mind. Just an opinion.

Yes, I believe this is the one! It looks... worse than I remembered. It's not bad bad, but it looks nothing like the character it's supposed to be.

It reminds me of Chris's old "Save McIntire Park" sign in how the intended subject is relegated to a footnote so the artist can devote more effort and space to their ~~super special OCs~~.
