I wouldn't even complain about the constant racebending if it weren't for the fact that they have to make them fucking grotesquely ugly, too. And not even ugly in a charming way, but just ugly to look at, unpleasant, and all ugly in the same exact, stereotyped, cookie cutter way.

Sometimes I think that, given Hanayo and Nozomi are the kindest members of the group, Tumblerinas identify to them to an extent that they ignore all the official art that show them that the only real fat is in the bust size. Not mention that one big part of Love Live was showing that being a idol requires a lot of work, as is singing and dancing at the same time.
In other words: Stop wishful thinking that you are your favorite characters when you think being fat is a status symbol.

I like the comment about testing for sexism by replacing female character with "sexy lamps." Now, I haven't played MGSV, but I'm pretty sure that it would be missing something if you replaced Quiet with a sexy lamp.

Most of these artists are novices, but the culture of tumblr seems to think anything sexually attractive to men and white characters are supporting the evil white male gaze so that explains some of the racebends and desexualized female characters.
I could accept the APH America and Russia genderbends but the other ones are just...bad.
