I like the implications that all black people need to have afro and Asian people have to be draw with yellow skin and tiny eyes. And of ofc bright skinned black people don't exist.

They/them works well as a compromise, but is not without its issues (ambiguity of singular/plural subjects, inconsistent verb conjugation). Neopronouns fix these two specific issues but create a fuckton of new ones.
Besides, only close friends who enjoy this crap would ever use a neopronoun in everyday conversation. It's basically just nicknames with extra steps.
