You call yourself nonbinary but you’re also a lesbian? Isn’t lesbian suppose to be a FEMALE term exclusively??
At this point, i have stopped trying to understand all of the 500+made up genders and sexualities that are getting trendy nowadays and I have stopped trying to make sense out of them because it just doesn’t make sense anymore. Seriously.
(Also, how is calling a fictional character by the wrong pronoww considered « hurtful »?)
The gender specials go for two explanations depending on the situation. One is lesbian means attraction to none men or feminine people, so fem nonbinary still fits. The other is that it's wrong to getekeep sexualities. People know themselves best and so are best at categorizing themselves. If they feel at home with lesbian despite not identifying as female you should respect that.
Fictional character still need be respected because there are marginalized people who seem themselves in them and so how you treat the characters affects their feelings too. If you call the characters with wrong pronoun you are kinda saying that the real people don't deserve the right pronouns witch is definitely safety thing and of course tells if really care about them.
woooo, never have i ever thought i'd find my art reposted on a Lolcow by people twice my age. flattered af, tbh, is this it? is this the height of my career? whatever will i do with my life next? i'm genuinely curious about you guy's qualms with my art so fire away, babes ! everything from constructive criticisms to low blow jabs are encouraged. if it ain't helpful it's probably funny
i'll bite — i like your coloring style but that's as far as i can compliment it. i'll give you advice i've repeated in this thread multiple times, please please pick up an anatomy book and learn to draw before learning to render. madoka and sayaka look more like men than that dude (?) in a tank top does. copy art styles and traits from artists you like instead of trying too hard to form your own, because mixing anime with "realistic" proportions will always look bad.
as an aside, self-posting to kiwifarms in this thread is a really bad idea considering the types of people that check this thread offsite. if you do want genuine advice try the post your art thread instead.

I'm not sure what you hoped to achieve by posting here to be honest. We don't really care that you saw us talk about you, and you'll just make yourself more mad with anything we say in response.
Well, I guess some people are nice enough to give you critique here. I for one can't be bothered.

Next time don't put yourself at high risk of being smashed here, there's art (help) threads for reasons.
Now the art: Not bad but the least you can change is either, do different noses or STOP using that type of nose,
The piggy nose is only good for pigs, leave the snout alone.
Second, the limbs:
Not too shabby on the torso but the upper arms needs to match the characters body.
(Legs needs work as well, meat tubes)
Line work: Don't be too stiff (it's not good for the hand either) practice your strokes and pressure.
I also suggest you look at tutorials, they help very much.
I hope and believe your style will develop better than it is today, don't think "ugly things in
(character) art are unique and wonder~ owo".
Sorry to break it to you, in the real world. ugliness isn't unique and big body proportions isn't either.
Be you and always you, never put labels on yourself to fit in, turn back and sit in the corner and thing what you did wrong, or forever be lost in the sauce of SJW'S.
i was genuinely not expecting actual critique? ? i just thought it would b funny to let ppl roast me on here. i'm not disappointed for sure. it was a nice way to start my morning. if school doesn't make me keel over, i'll def be paying attention to what y'all pointed out. also, i didn't even realize there was a help thread so i guess i'll head over there LOL
Why not.. an open chain link? What the fuck kind of turbo-tism leads to PI IS INFINITE, LIKE MY LUST FOR BLOCKING PEOPLE FROM HAVING REAL RELATIONSHIPS?

despite what people believe, not everyone here is malicious. some people just need to express themselves on topics that would otherwise earn them death threats from interesting individuals on, say, Twitter dot com.

I'm late to the party on this post, so I'll just echo others in saying you need to practice anatomy and drop the pseudo Tumblr nose, it looks terrible.
You show a good grasp of color harmony, but you need to work on your shading; I'm guessing you're using markers but haven't learned how to blend. Learn when to blend colors together and when to leave a hard edge. It also looks like you're overwatering the colors; be patient and slow down.
The dark-skinned figure is the best in terms of blending, but lacks contrast. If you're going for darker skin, you need to push the highlights towards white and yellow in order to bring out the contrast. Otherwise your figure will look like a giant blob of brown. Also, pants don't do whatever those jeans are doing at the crotch. If they were baggy and the figure were sitting down, then maybe. But not while standing.
All in all, keep practicing kid. You got promise, but you need polish.

Well I have A LOT to say about troon comics, mainly why your representation should be my problem, but this
What the fuck was she reading? Spanish are THE colonizers.
Also please bring back the bloody sacrifices if you are so intend on "reclaiming" "your" culture.

You have a nice understanding of painting and colors, but you need to work more in your anatomy since it seems off, I also advise you to erase the sketch lines and make sure the final line art is more fluid and defined

i'm considered "politically correct," and i still wouldn't touch twitter with a ten foot pole. i'm sometimes curious what their grievance with me would be though
people are so obsessed with not whitewashing that they've started exaggerating ethnic features which is SO much worse than someone drawing a character with a "white person nose" or something
