I can say I'd be a lot less interested in featuring you if your art didn't provide so many laughs & grimaces due to the headcanon shoehorning, grotesque rendering, and proportions (Or the lack thereof).

Also it's much easier to invade children show's spaces and fanbases because if you talk to a functioning adult about Guy Fawkes' stupid sexuality you just decided he had, you'd be treated like you're retarded, and rightfully so because those concepts don't matter on a bigger scale than "personal interpretation"

1. They didn't just ate the hook, line and sinker, they went out for the entire dock.
2. It's a matter of contrarianism i'd say: It doesn't take a genius to see that they all are on the political left wing, naturally this involves standing against Trump, the Conservative Party and any organization/individual that they deem similar.
So essentially, they notice that all these groups and people don't agree with Islam, so now they must defend it instead to not be like those repulsive racist white supremacist, which brings to my second point.
These people have been told that white people are the ones responsible for all the evil in these planet and that black and brown people have always been these pure hearted innocents who never did anything to anyone and since a lot of Islamic countries are mostly populated by darker people (because of their geographic location mostly), their train of thought tells them to defend the poor oppresed muslims from the heinous oppressive christians, nevermind that all those Islamic countries are more mysoginistic and homophobic than the US is.
