This looks honestly like a parody of bad internet art. Topics are kinda classic, clearly a furry but you can't tell the animal, boby hair, scars, boobs and angst. Technically the art is equally horrible, colors that look both overly bright and depressingly dull, bad perspective, even line weight, overpowering water marks and under done shading.
