yeah, if anyone were to have muscle of all the girls it would be Catherine and possibly Ingrid (though it's less likely)

Ingrid is a Pegasus knight, who are historically slimmer and focused on speed over strength. Hilda or Rhea though, I could definitely see as having muscle,
