You're both right. There are groups of people who love pedophilia/incest ships and will defend them to the death and there are groups of people who despise even the slightest notion of them.
I know it feels like it sometimes but not all of tumblr has the same opinion on a subject, and there's lots of infighting and discourse on things. This is just one of them.

From what I've seen most of the people who scream about how liking pedo/noncon fiction makes you literally Nick Bate are super into it themselves as a "coping mechanism" (read: they claim they were abused so they can openly schlick to shota and not be called out on hypocrisy so blatent even the average tumblrina would notice).

Undertale's actually a pretty new game. The whole game is kind of an experiment in telling and reinforcing a story through gameplay and choice, w/ an art style reminiscent of Earthbound. So in order to give the player a proper immersive experience the main character appears to be a raceless, genderless blank slate kid. Tumblr loves to use this to fuel their speshul snoeflaek character rehashs. The game came to tumblr's attention when they realized there's a lesbian couple in it, no doubt.

I think I prefer the kill la kill mess...Usually, I try to stay positive when it comes to art progression. At first, I didn't really think anyone could regress if there wasn't anything that hinders with your ability to pick up a pencil and draw, but...tumblr happened. Yeah.
