Should Santa Denial be Outlawed?

I regret to inform you all that there are folxx in the world who don't believe in Santa. I believe this to be crime against whimsy and mirth and should be punishable with imprisonment in addition to cruel and unusual punishments being inflicted upon them.

It shouldn't but if it is made so I vote all Santa deniers get a door to door asskicking by Santa during his off season.

he can already legally do that because santa denial technically counts as some form of identity fraud or whatever you'd call it. Denying someone that does a specialized job one night a year and spends most of the year with a dedicated team prepping the delivery route surrounded by deep fucking NDA shit to avoid potential assasination or sabotage has probably been attempted before to strip him and his guys of their work benefits.

I mean the benefits that aren't making people happy, fuel for a whole workshop and delivering stuff from china costs money.
