His trademark is kaput. He didn't file proof of use under a Section 8 Declaration for the classes the trademark covered within the 5th and 6th years after the trademark registered. As to why he let it lapse? Maybe didn't feel it was worth the legal fees, forgot, etc.

Should also note - it was only a mark on the supplemental register so its not afforded the same legal protections as a mark on the principal register.

But the fact that he begrudgingly paid Jay makes me wonder the exact amount of money transferred out. Did 'Succi try to take "his" money back, like a jilted bitch?

I do miss the multinational coalition of RTU avatars on youtube, that was a fun one. The rice hat and buck toothed rich was a personal favorite.

I can absolutely believe Rich stole the money. He has a history of stealing, and even trashing his own reputation over mind-bogglingly tiny sums of money. He is lazy and retarded though, so he has to use people like Shadowsgovernememt to do all the work. No way Rich is smart enough or awake enough to keylog someone and hack them.

Jay is a soyboy faggot who cries and has no testosterone, a natural born doormat. He only left Rich because Rich fired him for putting too much effort into the RTU channel. Rich could've literally horsewhipped Jay like an abusive husband and Jay would've stayed.

Not much more than what he claimed on stream, in typical Rich fashion he started out claiming he bought a home but then he walked it back to "bought my parents home and they live here with me". After watching his stream from a few days ago "The RTU Situation" you can see 2/3 through Jay pushes back against the detractors and defends Rich, its hard to take him serious when he goes from one extreme to the other. He's the battered ex who can't walk away.

Too much work, Rich is a lazy cunt.

He's at the Wing/Ralph levels of narcissism, and he suffers from 'internet tough guy syndrome'. He cannot tolerate any kind of real criticism; otherwise, he will implode and go Rage PIG mode. (All the small channels that he flagged and made disappear, all his doxxing and gay ops).

People can only make fun of him in his approved subjects to be made fun of ('I'm lazy', 'I've got boobs', 'I'm too handsome', etc.). But if anyone deviates from his pre-approved topics to make fun of him and they are smaller than his channel, he goes headfirst down the gay ops rabbit hole.
 
So all this shit betwen Rich and Jay remind me of something that happen last year.


So last year, Pat and Ian call out a couple of youtubers included Jay and Rich. At 26:25, Ian goes on a rant about how Rich and Jay used to DM him years ago. Ian is actually spot on how shit of a person Rich is and how he pretty much going to die alone.
 
I've been casually observing him for a while, I thought he had just enough self awareness to avoid being a lolcow but boy has he fallen hard after Jay dumped him. Amusing how he was going after DSP detractors earlier in the year but is now well on his way to being a bigger cow than Phil. Also the way he spams the applause soundclip is enough to make me never watch his streams.

If the creator is a narcissist, having some semblance of success on YouTube will definitely make them worse. It's surprising how some people achieve even a fraction of success, but then fall flat on their face because they can't handle it. Rich was obviously a piece of shit before, the big cheese incident brought that to light along with failed collabs with other creators in that timeframe. Rich always wanted people to do work for him, just to reward them with broken promises and failed advertising. It's funny enough how he met and became such good pals with Mundane Matt, and they are both raging flaggots.

Rekieta is a little more complex in my opinion, he was always somewhat of a degenerate and narcissist but success brought those traits out in full, along with the drugs and the people he kept around himself which helped accelerate his downfall. His thread has a really good breakdown and one day I'll stop lurking there and make a post.

I would love to see a Rekieta and reviewtechusa crossover, they could easily sperg out for hours on how the other isn't a real lawyer or not a real reviewer of tech

Jay would be a class A fool to believe anything that fat drug addict bum says. You can't trust Rich any farther than you could throw his 500lb ass. I get that Jay doesn't want to be a part of the dramasphere that is the sektur, but reality check Jay, you're in it whether you like it or not. Rich isn't just going to let you walk away, so you might as well stop being a passive pussy and fight back in some form or fashion. Otherwise, this shit will never stop.
 
It's all fun and games playing with the cow until you get hurt. I think it's fair to say everyone believes Rich is a lying scumbag, but Jay didn't help himself by trying to walk the line and grift for the drama dollars. It will be interesting to see if he addresses the compromised system again or if it fades into oblivion.
