I can't even tell that's being said because every sentence is a tortured metaphor. I think he's saying "I hate rural white people", but it's legitimately difficult to tell. He's trying so hard to be quirky that he ends up writing multiple paragraphs of tryhard nonsense that sounds great if you're a teenager who doesn't like to think too hard.
I don't really have a point with this one. I just earnestly wish everyone who wrote like this would die. And there are a lot of people who write exactly like this.
