The judge and state attorney wants 10 months in jail/prison and 2 years on probation, and a minimum fine of €3000, even though he receives social assistance. He also doesn't get his computer back, even though, according to the hater, "the PC had nothing to do with the case," and complains that it's a bigger punishment than when he plundered Rainer's unpaid warehouse.
