The quotes in this threat and the sub posts seems to be dominated by dudes sperging out over the fact that there are people who object to their large-tittied fap material toons. Yeah the pose is definitely wonky but it's far less egregious than a lot of other poses you tend to see.

AFAIK, this is official artwork but I'm also not fully familiar with the game so I can't say for sure, but I do know they recently did an event with the characters dancing in bunny girl outfits so the characters being somewhat sexualised shouldn't even be that surprising.
