Same face has existed in classical art for hundreds of years as clients for portrait commissions would have artists repaint the piece to a more idealistic version of themselves. So, that’s why I’m not keen on that particular critique. Renoir had shitty eye sight for example, so when he painted people their faces were samey, but you never hear someone say they like his art less for it.
Conversely, I hate Picasso. He couldn't draw two of the same face if he tried.

Same Face is also even less valid of a criticism in actual animation vs a manga or comic. It's incredibly cost heavy to make unique facial structures for every character in a cartoon/anime which is why almost no studio does it. The fact that complaint comes up so much, just shows how little these people know about art or studio budgets.
And if you're drawing 30+ pages of a manga a week like some of those mangaka, you're definitely going to find a workflow that reduces work and makes it easier for your assistants to all match your style. Keeping underlying structures similar makes everything easier to draw in an industrial scale.
I don't think that person is asking what they should think about it, they're just genuinely unsure of what the intention of the person posting it is. They even state clearly that they don't mind it, and that the anatomy is decent, so they've already formed their opinion on it either way.

Irony is, Nezuko is a shape-shifter. She's only in a small form for the sake of portability. Hell, she literally has an adult form in the manga

It seems like she is freely able to change the age of her body. As long as whatever these people are drawing "sexy Nezuko" as is not obviously a child, I don't know what the big issue is. If it's a drawing of what looks like a mature woman, people are attracted to it because it's a MATURE WOMAN. How can you be a pedo when it's an aged up drawing where they look 20+??
