The image you have posted is him overlooking said Mississippi River from his apartment deck, which matches one of the images from the MKN instagram as per person is involved. Nice to see it all come in picture. 26 years old, during the Sharty's rise, would be 20-21, in earlier internet days of Heyuri/Guro network etc, 16-19ish.
