I'm sorry to hear that and I'm honestly shocked that his scamming tactics have only gotten worse... I met up with him in summer of 2018 in Paris for a photoshoot. He straight up scammed me out of 100 euro. If I hadn't insisted I copy the raw picture files from the shoot onto my laptop (which he tried to charge me an extra 30 euro for! For literally just copy/pasting!) I would still not have seen a single picture from that shoot (the original agreement was he would provide me 10 retouched pictures. We're now 2 years later and I've seen nothing). He even tried to make me pay for the props that were used during the shoot.

Seems feasible, IMO the right side of his chest (furthest from the camera) looks edited in the pic you included. The proportions don't seem to match with the other side of his body, especially the bulkiness near the collarbone, but maybe it's just a weirdly angled photo.
