So did Arnie and that guy is a poon hound. Maybe the posters were inspiration for him. In that case, he should have been a bodybuilder.

I'm very sure he was. Vince McMahon was a gym rat himself and hell bent on roping in and pushing bodybuilders in the WWF. He even tried (and failed) to start his own bodybuilding promotion.

My understanding is that all the running and banging on ropes fucked him up. That means he was exhausted for the rest of the match. Add the coke and steroids to mix and you got a potential cluster fuck. Rick Rude has gotten lots of praise from wrestlers for his matches with Warrior where he sold it extremely well.

"Apartment wrestling" and other stuff wasn't uncommon in bodybuilding back then and who knows what they were willing to do for money other than squeezing some dudes head with their phat thighs or do Billy Herrington stuff on camera.
I'd imagine it was even worse on the women's side of things because there was even less money to be made from body building itself.

Honestly Vince has some fucked up ideas of masculinity like some Conan shit from 50s comics. He pushed the whole big muscles thing despite it being unhealthy and dangerous for wrestlers.

I mean some of the best wrestlers were not roided out freaks like Hogan.

i feel like porn overall has dropped in quality over the years, for at least the past 5 years, 80% of performers are either fat or has tattoos. I'm not too bothered though, less time cranking it, more time for hobbies.

Webcam sites led pretty much anyone enter the industry, including those chicks that'd you only find in the "alternative porn" scene, be it in some underground zine or whatever the XXX version of MySpace was.
