it's really weird when you compare it to the legal situation of drug sales in some places - selling is highly illegal everywhere, but buying/posessing/consuming small amounts of a controlled substance is often not punished even if caught, so in that situation the buyers carry none of the legal risk while the sellers carry all of it. with these prostitution laws it is the polar opposite: the sellers carry none of the legal risk while the buyers carry all of it.

The idea of making it rape came from the social democratic women, they had some crazy red rad fems in the party, one of them they exiled to Brazil because they couldn't make the craziness stop. She was instrumental in bringing in ROKS as the experts on what we now call gender bullshit. Their foremost expert in all of this was a crazy woman that was shamed out of norway who later destroyed the underlying material for her studies when an ethics committee asked for sources about her wild claims, like all these pedo satanic rape and murder rituals involving top politicians and business men - that she had witnessed in person according to herself. These people had a say in how things should be done.
They had all kind of strange ideas that they tried to make happen.
