I'm pretty sure I'm in the minority but I really liked how V in DMC 5 did 'companions'. He was fun when I wasn't in the mood to be sweaty with the other characters but still wanted the chaos.
 
Onimusha looked ok but that's the nostalgia running.
God of War: Laufey is interesting in concept - actually she's still alive and doing her own thing while Kratos and son are dealing with Raknarok, but her design feels weak compared to Kratos (though again, he has many games worth of lore and classic design to draw on).
Rest was not interesting for me.

That sounds stupid and somewhat pointless. No doubt is an excuse for the mishmash of different cultures. Though if this all ends up being a Purgatory which proves God as the one true God, what might be a bit based.

All I want insomniac to do is to make me feel like an unstoppable badass and that there's a reason the government is funding the sentinel program. X-Men Origins: Wolverine let me rip literal niggers out of helicopters and turn their heads into thinly cut deli meat using the top blades as well as rip their arms off as one of the execution finishers.

I'll forgive dogshit writing, virtue signaling, and forcing me to play as the other X-men as long as they actually feel like over the top superhumans. I'm still betting they'll find a way to fuck it up.

Edit: I just remembered that soyny exclusives aren't coming PC anymore so I have no reason to give a shit anyway. Thanks for the saved money.

I mean like half the fuckin GOW games involved climbing out of the afterlife, even the first Dad one had you come out of Helheim.
 
My favorite aspect of the Sony showcases now is that I don't even have to have a tank of copium for more Bloodborne. It's not happening, was never going to happen, and if it does now, Sony will never remove it from their dogshit console I won't buy.

It truly frees up my time to idk, eat paint chips or something better than whatever slop they are putting out

Yup they're gonna turn this into an Avengers-style fanfic, you can already see how Sekhmet is kinda handsy with Begtse. Both war gods by the way, so I guess this is gonna be Ragnarok on a bigger scale in the stupidly named Everywhen. Weird how we see a corpse wearing armor but apparently this is the afterlife, so there's implications they can die a third time, probably to tie into a meta reason as to why gods and myths aren't around anymore.

Apparently the woman playing Faye is a big DnD nerd, so assumptions are it's pulling from non-religious mythology too like the gelatinous cube. Which if so...yikes, they could be going the whole 'all mythology is collective consciousness and not real' route which is unncessary for GoW. Also saw a theory that the sword is Excalibur and Faye will become Morgan le Fay and I wanted to wretch. I haven't seen a direction this could go in that's good.
 
I thought Bancho the Chef looked neat. I never had any interest in Dave the Diver though.
