Hot take I didn't like inception. It stands purely on concept because the execution that concept sucks ass and is an overly convoluted clusterfuck that doesn't even attempt to be coherent because "its just a dream bruv" and is ruined by the same thing that ruined interstellar, taking an extremely high concept sci fi idea and shitting all over it by making it about dogshit melodrama for a bunch of characters no one gives a shit about.

Psychonauts is the same concept as inception except done infinitely better.

Too bad for Nolan that the audience knows:
  • what young men look like
  • what Ellen looked like before trooning out
  • Ellen is a 5'1 dainty woman with a high female voice
  • Ellen is 39 years old
Every character in this movie is going to treat Ellen as a man. But 99,9% of the audience won't because the audience knows she isn't one. They know her from her past movies and the tranny cult was never able to brainwash the majority of people. This movies turns into a comedy the second Ellen is on screen.

The audience can believe that Matt Damon is Odysseus but they 1000% don't believe that Ellen is a young greek man, let alone a warrior.

I think about this sometimes, why don't American blacks care about the cultures they actually descent from. Zulu and other African cultures still exist. but no, every Greek, White, and Egyptian hero wuz A lightskin BLACK MAN
 
One thing I'll give Nolan is that including rap music in the soundtrack for your historical Homeric epic just as rap is at the lowest it's ever been in terms of popularity or cultural relevance is an extremely bold move.

The defenders and bots have discovered Memnon, I see. It seems too stupid to need pointing out that though there were Ethiopians in the Trojan War, the characters they have race-swapped were not among those Ethiopians. Wouldn't a woker thing be to make a movie focusing on the actual less well-known black characters in Greek mythology? That these directors have legitimate ways of including minorities in their movies that they just completely ignore shows me it's purely outrage marketing and spite and they don't care about the material at all.

It's less to destroy it but more to subvert it. So that no one can gets ideas of a time or history where we weren't plagued with niggers. To normalize a future where no one can even conceive of the idea of not being infested.

Because American blacks have virtually no connection to Africa since they have been so far removed from it for so long. There also isn't really that much "culture" they can own and be proud of from Sub-Saharan Africa outside maybe Ethiopia in Eastern Africa. Even then, Ethiopia got a lot of their culture down wind from Arabs and Egyptians. They have very little written history and their oral history doesn't even have that much to pull from in terms of genuine achievements.

You have to remember that the Zulu were still predominantly using spears and shields when fighting the British army in 1879 during the Anglo Zulu war and most Africans STILL live in fucking mud huts in the modern age. There really isn't anything "real" for American blacks to latch onto in Africa even if they had a genuine connection to that continent still.

They are also just generally so stupid and arrogant as a group that they will say some of the dumbest and most self-affirming nonsense just to feel better about themselves, without realizing how stupid it makes them sound and look.
