For the same reason most lolcows admit things that make them look bad, he somehow thinks it's making some point for him while simultaneously getting him attention. "Hey look at this important service I'm providing, telling people to be careful with their medication!" He probably also thinks that somehow his ability to go crazy makes him seem badass. Alternatively, he's trying to establish an alibi for some crime he committed. "Uh, I did that while I was freaked out on my meds. I even posted about it on twitter, see?!"
 
We've secretly replaced Kurt's epilepsy medications with the berserker packs from "Doom". Let's see how long it takes for anyone to notice!

Kurt's wife better hide his 'medicine' or it's gonna be another long bloody night of dog bothering insanity. Oh to be a fly on that wall. :story:

And people actually ask my best friend why he opted for brain surgery instead of a lifetime of meds after he had a seizure out of the blue in his thirties. They were talking about putting him on a form of Levetiracetam called Keppra, which incidentally can have a side effect colloquially known as "Keppra rage." Wonder what Kurt's poppin'.
 
Kurt's become one of my favorite cows if only because his meltdowns, while somewhat infrequent, are so fun to watch.

I'll admit, I don't watch him too closely but when something happens I'm always sure to get the popcorn because I know it'll be fun.
