Why hasn't his wife left him yet? After this past year, what does he really have left that makes it worth staying with him? No career, a poor reputation and zero chance of ever returning to glory. Even if they have prenup that's stopping her from doing so, she could probably still get around it and get a good chunk of change out of him.

So American pharmacists don't tell you about your medication any time you pick them up? I could call about someone else coming in to pick up mine and they would still tell them about I need to do with them. Same goes with any changes in medication.

That would be interesting to know, if you really go complete berserk on an overdose of epilepsy medication. Also I wonder if not the pills themselves would be noticeably larger. And at least in my pharmacies the pharmacists ask if you are familiar with the prescription and how to take the meds.
I am more tempted to think of a twitter-induced freakout. But why put that shit even on twitter... Okay, twitter is kind of like meth for attention whores.

Dogs (and sheep) can read human emotions well enough to sense anger. Sheep respond to human anger by becoming afraid and trying to stay away; I'd assume that small or timid dogs would do the same, out of self-preservation.
