Warski and Flaked were taken down by the same manager. Warski’s was restored 6 months ago after a manual review, and both were taken down together without any prior strikes, and no new uploads for Warski since restoration. Quartering threatened to take them down for ban evasion when he wasn’t, and yet that was the reason given by YouTube.
One thing that gets me about the editor stuff.
He was apparently getting paid "5 figures a month" per Ashton for what would actually be years now at this point (bare minimum 240k), yet is now suddenly worrying about paying bills.

Why does PPP get to talk about people showing proof. Didn't andy just say he got screen shots from flaked? So can they show us the proof Flaked exists and that he gets 100% of the funds. I really dont see lard and tard giving up 6 figured (or more) a year. SO PPP PROVE IT
So to sum up what happened with the YouTube situation with the clip channel and Warski's channel:
-They are NOT getting either of their channels back. Instead, the cases were taken away from Quartering's YouTube Rep who was keeping their cases in limbo so no final decision could be made, and closed so they can go through YouTube's pilot program which may or may not lead to them being allowed to open a new channel.
-Their editor Flaked lives in Ireland which is part of the EU. Because they never took any money from the clip channel and it was fully owned by Flaked and all the payouts went to his bank account, they were able to get the consumer protections afforded to Ireland citizens.
-If he lived anywhere else in the EU they'd still probably be fucked, but Google HQ is in Ireland for tax reasons so they have even stronger protections specifically for Irish citizens. And if YouTube didn't make a final decision here they'd be in violation of that agreement with Ireland and would pay massive feeds according to this clip.
-Flaked the editor got a lawyer to go to Google to get this done. When Andy talked to Flaked this morning, he got an email saying that his case was closed as well for the Andy Warski channel. Andy says Flaked's lawyer only filed to fix the situation for the clip channel, never mentioned Andy's channel.
-PPP and Andy speculate that because Andy's case was closed at the same time, this is as much evidence they'll probably ever see that it was Quartering's non pajeet YouTube Rep who got both channels banned and had the cases taken away from, which is why Andy's case also closed at the same time. There's a chance Quartering's rep was reprimanded or maybe even fired, which is why Quartering is now saying he's done with YouTube and moving everything to Rumble.
TL;DR - both channels are still banned, but their cases are no longer in limbo from The Quartering's YouTube Rep. They can now apply for YouTube's pilot program to allow them to open a new channel without fearing of being banned again for ban evasion.

I think this was the first longer Quartering segment was about Styx getting arrested and Quartering paying for his bail, there was a clip channel edit but I can't find it, there is an elissa clips upload from around the same time.
There was a short Quartering segment from 2022 or 2023 (first setup before they moved intogether) that I think @KinoCasinoClassics uploaded but I couldn't find.

I got a couple of videos when I noticed his channel got unbanned. After Jersh yelled at me for not archiving stuff I made an effort to download as much of the Warski channel as I could using direct links to the unlisted videos on X, I got almost all of the Warski Live episodes and a lot of his other videos but definitely not all of it.
I know Internet Archive has its issues but it'll probably be safe for this. I have 224 streams and 264 videos, my connection is pretty bad so it might take a while.
I can confirm with pretty much certainty that Flaked is real. When Null called into The Killstream last year to debate Ralph Bryan Dunn and his buddies were in the chat (I watched a good chunk of the second half live) and after the stream died one of them randomly typed in Flaked’s name dox. Don’t remember what it was and it’s not in the archive that has the full chat.
The Quartering arc is genuinely one of the best arcs of Kino Casino of recent memory. There’s a lot of passion in alogging this fat drunk and what’s better is that the Quartercucker is a massive channel with tons of milk to siphon off of.
And while the Casino has had some solid arcs in the past (DSP, AF/Ralph in early 2022), going after a mainstream charlatan grifter is a step up from their usual lolcows.
I don't blame them for going all in on him given what he pulled but I honestly find this insanely boring because I find Jeremy insanely boring because he just isn't that remarkable in any one category.
