Really old post but I feel like I should give some information on this guy. He was in a writing group I was in. The only reason I'm even responding to this is because Jake is an admitted pedophile.

I've spoken to mods who knew him, and the guy has a bad reputation in whatever Discord server he was in. I'd have to search really deep in mod chats with friends I had, but he has publicly admitted in conversations that he lusts over children, masturbates to them, as young as 4 years old.

So, tbh, if they featured this asshole they should have gone harder on him. Honestly, he deserves his own Kiwifarms thread just for being a pedophile.

They covered him even before what you are referencing, though I don't remember when. It was one of their longer streams, 9-12 hours in length. They had essentially run out of content and hinted at a "lolcow no one else had heard of before.". Iirc, they stopped covering him because they felt bad about making fun of him as he just seemed like a harmless autist.

Summer of 2023. I remember because I was working overnight at the time and I distinctly remember this guy. They said they weren’t going to press because he decline to come on the show.

There is only so much you can get out of someone who is mostly boring and retarded unless something major comes up. Covering the DSP movie reaction makes sense for example or even pointing out Idubbz and Anisa mentioning they don't have chairs. People don't need to watch RTU take 3-4 minutes to say 1 thing because his brain lags due to too much drug abuse and decades of a bad diet, it's only slightly better than watching RTU directly.

I'm not surprised he even got covered. I only had a few conversations with the guy and he was a huge weirdo.

He definitely isn't harmless, tbh.

I prefer Ian/Anisa segment to DSP segment. You can't please all the people all the time, there's clip channel if you only want to watch specific segments.

Almost any segment can be funny if PPP goes all in and Warski doesn't interrupt too many times to say "this next part is crazy, get ready for this next part"

This tbh, it's really not fair to say one type of segment is always good and one is always bad. It depends on some algorithm involving the "potency" (how juicy of a story is it actually?) of the event, the current status of the cow in question (drugged out, confused, fighting the haters?), their relationship to the Casino, how passionate PPP is about the topic, and if Warski can shut the fuck up long enough to let the show happen.

It’s not that saying one type of segment is bad vs another. What my specific issue is the over reliance on these boring people for hours on end when there’s a world of new “jokers” that can be featured.

Like I previously said, some of their best content was just (I hate this term) “punching downward” on some smaller YouTube freaks. I remember the stream where they watched job training videos and then jumped into watching old Jared Genesis vids. I was laughing so hard my sides hurt.

I understand they’re doing what’s best for their bottom line, that’s fine. It’s just my personal issues are with the hours on end of iDubbz, DSP and Hasan. I just hope we can get some old Kino gold back before Kinoween is over.
