There is no dynastic trust. The grandfather's will has been posted multiple times and although it did create trusts they pretty much just transferred assets to the heirs. Each of the grandfather's three children - of which Nick's mum is one - was passed assets through a trust in their name.
Nick's mum has since established two trusts, possibly for her two children, and it's clear that she has funded Nick's lifestyle to a significant extent since receiving her inheritance, but the grandparents didn't establish multi-generational trusts which make distributions to descendants. We're not talking about the Hilton estate here.

Take note of how Jim spoke with a disappointment in his tone when he noted that Rackets looked like he was going to break into mainstream success, but abandoned that in order to play stupid games and win stupid prizes. Rackets was the beneficiary of so many strokes of random fortune, between his trust fund and his overvalued commentary on various trials, only to squander it all in a manner that far exceeds traditional stupidity. I will say this about Jim. As bad as he was with his finances, he doesn't seem to be susceptible to the excessive consumption that many lottery winners and Rackets embody. He knows what it is to struggle with little money and probably wouldn't blow a massive windfall in the way that Rackets did. Yeah, his anime dungeon expenses are highly questionable and objectionable, but it is a few levels of magnitude less than the Rackets bullshit. Rackets could have turned his back on the sektur like Orpheus escaping the underworld, but he looked back and got stuck there. Jim envies Rackets' lost opportunity. Ashton and Andy almost certainly share this, especially the former who is in his own personal hell.
Jim embraced the paypig cabal and reading their superberries alone will keep him in the sektur, whether he wants to or not. He is out of the sektur when he is offline, but the paypig superberries restrict him to the sektur when he is online. Ashton and Andy appear to be the beneficiaries of his legacy and they definitely will have challenges escaping the sektor because they also chose the paypig business model. Unironically, they'd be better off putting fries in bags. I'd encourage them to come to America, but America don't want em.

Added in edit: Yes, I found it by going back about 15 minutes on Phil's stream. I will timestamp it later when it is possible to do so. It is approximately 35 minutes into the show. And, unironically, DSP paypigs are a higher class of paypig(or perhaps less loathsome) than Andy's steam list. I have less objections to Ashton tapping into Phil's paypigs than Andy's.
Added in second edit: Around 65 minutes into the stream, Phil starts talking about KC. He is currently on said topic and I have no idea where he intends to go with it.

This isn’t how I imagined PPP building something apart from warski so he could finally separate. It’s hilarious cus DSP fufills the exact same role as warski in such a hypothetical relationship, scheduling and paypig relations.
Assuming this actually happens, even if it’s erratic and not really serious it will take andy all of 1 SABU (thanks @Rick Nekieta) to have an envious jealousy fuelled meltie

Honestly and unironically, Phil is the preferable tard to wrangle compared to Andy for a host of reasons. As many problems that might come with a Phil partnership, it is honestly the superior situation by my estimation. I welcome counter argumentation. @LilypaCastsUpper @neger psykolog I invite you to persuade me otherwise. Your Phil lore is far more extensive than mine and you both defy the foaming at the mouth detractor stereotype, partially justified, partially exaggerated.

Compared to Tardski, Phail is a sidegrade at best. The paypigs are less degenerate on average but don't have pockets as deep as Andy's. Tardski can also operate OBS at a half-decent level which is something that Asstone and Phail can't do somehow, their computer skills are boomer level. Tardski being the hypeman who is only there to clap and say "Y-y-y-you are s-s-so funny buddeh" works better than having Asstone and Phail trying to one up each other when it comes to long-winded fake preacher-style rants. Phail is very self-centered and narcissistic and loves the sound of his own voice so his barely coherent word salad rants that always somehow revolve around himself suck all the energy out of a room. Then again, Tardski also sucks the energy out of the stream by tardclapping, making tardnoises and by doing "low IQ interventions" as a guy who allegedly murdered his wife and threw her in a shallow grave in the Canadian wilderness used to say back when they had a show (man I'm old). Phail's main strength and also possible weakness is his scheduling 'tism but it depends on Asstone. If Asstone can keep a consistent schedule then it won't be a problem.

I think in many ways DSP is a bigger Tard than Andy. Even Andy realizes that harassing other content creators about coordinating timeslots is disrespectful and ridiculous. Also, DSP doesn't understand pacing and spams things that seems to bring him success (just watch his shitty fighting game content, Bison scissor kick x4782 per stream). My prediction is that if the show brings in money, then DSP will be like a gnat and harass the ever loving shit out of PPP to over-saturate (do the show too frequently), until PPP just blocks him on all platforms. DSP's ability to be irritating is like a super power, he's incessant. There is a precedent of this with DSP's former wrestling commentary show partner, John Rambo.
DSP doesn't understand compromise either, so he's not going to engage in anything unless he's getting the long end of the stick and Ashton is getting the short end, aka DSP is exploitative by nature. The fallout will be funny for us to watch though, so roll that beautiful bean footage.

Phil looks up to Ashton, he sees him as the streamer he wishes he could be. That is a level of respect I don't know that I've ever seen Phil have for...anyone? Even your Rambo example is a little flawed, because even though they were friends and he though John was funny, he never saw him as an "equal" in terms of the Youtube game. I think eventually everything involving Philbert falls apart but it will probably be ok a little longer than you might expect if the show does well.

That's a good way to put it, Phil acts like a sitcom character. Every time he says/does something stupid just insert the Seinfeld jingle and everything will make sense haha. He definitely has some kind of permanent brain damage from larping as a WWE wrestler on Youtube and heel in the FGC.

For all you thinking Phil will be entertaining you are wrong, Phil is an actual harbinger and is the living Grimp Reaper door meme. He needs to exist in his own space for other people's safety. It's similar to that Doctor Who episode where Satan is suspended in a black hole. PPP will tire of Phil almost immediately because Phil just talks endlessly about himself and his shit experiences ad nausuem. This is a HUGE selling point for me, because Ashton's primary stink is the fact that he performs like a monkey on a string for Andy's paypigs of all people. At least Phil's pigs don't ascribe to "dude, Destination Stone, lol." Andy's Steam List and Discord Group are such horrible cesspits that they ruin everything else.
The failure to compromise is also huge. Running something into the ground by way of repetition is ALSO a Lard and Tard trait, but Phil might make it even worse. Remember how incessantly long it took Andy to stop hitting "what about the child porn?" every 30 seconds?
This is true. Phil can be hilarious in small doses, but I'll admit that a little of Phil goes a long way. His fire alarm stream stands as one of the funniest things on the internet, but the series of wage quits in late 2024 as well as his inability to even occasionally do something smart with his money are the antithesis of funny. As said earlier, Phil would want to oversaturate the show schedule and turn something that would be fun in moderation to an intolerable slog of broken record spamming.
Joon the King characterized Phil's paypigs as sad, lonely and pathetic, which is FAR superior to perverts. I'm aware of the Derich situation (albeit I have heard competing claims about him and I don't know which ones were true). I'm most concerned about the degree associating with Phil means associating with perverts.

I used to really like KC but PPP does not have the gumption to work alone because he is entertaining and they got so embroiled in the sektur that they cannot remove themselves from it. Jim's recent stream was fantastic as Jim is pretty reflective of what he listens to and when its enough he tends to analyze why he dislikes it, he did the same with IBS, Ralph and Gamergate. I have not really been in the Sektur for about 6 months because honestly a lot of the cows are in their swan song and they are played out. The tiktok cows are pretty fun and a great in and out and honestly not a part time job to keep up with.
